Sounds strange. Right? What does he mean by "Unleash my inner Superpowers"?

Hold on a second, let me explain. Like all good stories, let's start at the beginning.

You see, everything in this life is connected, the issue is that a lot of us are too self-centred and occupied with the repetitive stories we are telling ourselves. And so we are isolating ourselves from the outside world, resulting in a feeling of disconnectedness, loneliness, anxiety and depression.

All these tools described in this blog help you to create a more conscious, healthier, happier and stable life, which will guide you to be successful in whatever you are doing or want to achieve in life.

Being happy means, that you make the world a happier place because your happiness will directly affect your friends, family, neighbours and the people you are interacting with and ultimately it will reflect back to you.

And with this in mind, the story begins

When we were born, we were perfect creatures in tune with ourselves and the environment around us. Our mind wasn't conditioned and we radiated unconditional love. De Facto, we were unconditional love and lived in abundance.

Our minds began with clarity, free from judgment, until our surroundings, upbringing, and the influence of others gradually shaped our perceptions of the world till we eventually created the story of who we are, right to this moment.

To find our superpowers we have to dig through the dirt, which lies like layers of thick soil in front of our minds' eyes. I call this stage the re-conditioning phase, which is necessary for the road to happiness and inner freedom. But what are the superpowers, I am talking about?

Let's make it simple - it is our unconditional love, our compassion for ourselves and everyone around us. It is the gratitude for life and our Intuition, which is so quiet that we have to listen very closely with an open heart, to hear the gentle calling that is so hard to hear in our fast-paced, noisy world.

Another powerful tool is setting intentions and pursuing them with a strong mind, which will ultimately bring us more success, joy and happiness.

So it is important to stop for a moment, take a deep breath and bring your awareness to each word, to the sensation it creates in you. Feel the truth of them resonating in you.

I believe this is the beginning of a beautiful journey and I am infinitely happy and grateful to walk along with you on this most beautiful place on earth, the heaven within ourselves.

There are a few requirements tho, which a crucial for attaining that place, and I have to tell you right now -it won't be an easy journey that lays ahead of us, but with dedication, persistence and a strong vision, you and you alone can do it. I'm happy to support you on this journey, so let's begin.

Let's start by integrating some habits, that work as our best friends, our companions that stand by our site and help us to navigate through the (sometimes very rough) currents of life. We have to find a way to stabilise our restless mind - which is jumping like a Monkey from branch to branch, past to future, always trying to escape the present moment and preventing us from bringing our awareness to our sensations, to ourselves.

Our first strong Ally and superpower is Meditation.

Think of meditation as a tool that expands our conception of time into the infinite moment of presence, it enables us to educate this monkey mind - remember it is like a wild animal, which jumps around and does its thing, and we are just reacting like we are the victims of our mind. So we can view Meditation as a tool that helps us to domesticate this wild animal and reclaim our power.

It fosters a deeper connection with our inner wisdom, enabling us to make decisions from a place of clarity and intuition, which results in a range of benefits including creating a calm mind and increasing self-awareness, relaxation, and tranquillity. So generally speaking, it improves your overall life quality immensely.

I prefer meditating in the early morning, just when I wake up, the mind is still very quiet because it processes the information from the previous day throughout the sleep.

Your mind is calm and you are more connected to your subconscious, which makes it easier to access a deeper state of meditation. You will notice at the beginning, that your mind starts to wander pretty quickly. However, with patience and non-judgement you bring it back to this moment - remember your mind is still in its animal mode and like an animal, which doesn't like to be domesticated, it will fight back. With this awareness try to not react to the stories it wants to tell you, don't take it personally and eventually after some time, the power of your inner monkey will start losing its power. The progress may seem to be very slow at the beginning of your journey, but still, it is there, you just have to be patient and persistent.

Your breath is your guide and will help you to bring your awareness back to the present moment, keep your focus on your breath, your in- and exhale and whenever your Monkey Mind becomes active and starts to wander, simply bring it back. This will create moments of No Mind, gaps in your thought stream, which will expand over the time you are meditating. These gaps are the infinite depth of your being, the void or boundless mind, it's like being connected to the core of yourself, the present moment, which inhabits all of existence.

Gradually over time, you will start to be more and more sensitive to your inner world, to your sensations. It will unlock the inner door of your intuition and your heart space.

A tree with hearts

So your second mate on your journey is your heart space.

Acting in tune with your heart means that you are inviting compassion into your life, and so into the life of everyone around you. You bring joy and loving kindness into the world, infecting others with your contagious positivity, which will trigger a vortex of happiness, unconditional love and peace. Simply, you make the world a better place.

Becoming aware of yourself and your sensations means that a whole new dimension is opening up for you, your actions and reactions will be more conscious, which ultimately will guide you to a much brighter future. Just imagine, how could life be if you were fully present in every moment where you have to make a decision, but instead of making it out of an impulse, you make it consciously from your heart space. I know for a fact that you will make much better, conscious choices, that will satisfy you and align with your core values.

At this point, it is to mention, that it's crucial to know what your core values are, and if you don't know them, simply make a list with your top 10 core values and narrow them down to 5. These will assist you in your decision-making process, simply ask yourself when you have to make a decision: Does this align with who I am?

Now as we are getting more in tune with our sensations it is time to integrate another mighty companion on the journey towards our happiness. It is our gratitude.

Gratitude is one of the world's most powerful tools, guiding us to appreciate all the little (and the big) things that unfold in our lives. I make gratitude a daily ritual, an essential part of my morning routine that I never overlook.

I have been travelling for about 4 years now, so I am pretty far away from my parents and my close ones, so after each meditation, I visualise my family and friends and feel the sensation it creates in my heart space. I am infinitely grateful for the love they are sharing with me and that I was born in this body, to fulfil my life purpose in serving others in the best possible way. I am grateful and feel gifted to create a life of abundance, joy, happiness and peace and take the Highs as the Lows, being grateful for all the obstacles that come my way, reflecting and growing from them, and seeing them as wise teachers who help me to understand internal triggers and behaviour patterns, which otherwise would have been still in the dark. Knowing that everything is always changing and I acknowledge so many small miracles happening to, and around me, and I express my gratitude for them, I am aware of them and integrate them into my perception. There is nothing in this universe that is static, everything that we see is just a small fraction of what is. I believe, that we all are interconnected, as a big family, sharing the same planet. So I feel gratitude for every sentient being in this and all worlds, universes, and realities and share unconditional love, knowing that it is like a never-ending source and that it will be reflected in infinite ways.

Gratitude is a way to create a deeper purpose in our life and ultimately will help us in our self-development and eventually make us a happier, more balanced and grounded being. It connects us to our higher self, which is the true essence of ourselves. It is a tool for being more connected to the wonders around us and being more appreciative of the little things.

Finally, it is to say that this journey is not for everyone, but it's certainly for you if you want to improve yourself and live in line with your values and your highest self. It is a journey of self-discovery, of inner revelation, of purification. Be the co-creator of your life and design the future, that you were born to fulfil. I believe in every one of you and send you unconditional love on your road to happiness.

Namaste, my friend.
